Customer Acquisition Officer Retention & Complaints - Retail Banking Group

Position Summary

  • Drive strategies and action plans in bringing new business relationships, as well as growing existing relationships to achieve the objectives and targets of the Bank.

Requirements & Experience

  • Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any business-related field, and a minimum of 3 years or more relevant working experience in similar roles or HND in any business-related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in Banking.
  • Experience in end-to-end portfolio management including prospecting new clients and ensuring achievement of targets.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate customer requirements including the ability to effectively deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group activities.
  • Self-starter with strong commitment to quality of output and business objectives.
  • Great interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation skills including proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Great team dynamics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively ideate strategies to maximize positive revenue and grow the Bank’s share of wallet through customer acquisitions and leverage on BIBD NexGen Channel’s propositions.
