Organisation and Manpower Planning Officer, Human Resources Division

Position Summary

Provide support to the Assistant CHRO 3 in managing and delivering manpower plans for the organisation. Oversee the department’s daily operations, including recruitment, promotions, succession planning, staff movements, and separations.

Collaborate with business units to identify workforce needs, build partnerships, and enhance the effectiveness of HR services provided to stakeholders.

Requirements & Experience

  • Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field; OR.
  • HND holders in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field with a minimum of 3 years working experience in similar roles.
  • Must be ready to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in Banking would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that align with divisional goals and operational needs. This includes partnering with stakeholders to design and implement effective manpower planning strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and organisational policies.
  • Update, monitor, and optimise organisational structures and headcount within approved parameters.
  • Provide support to the Assistant CHRO 3 on manpower planning, succession planning, and internal movements to support organisational growth.
  • Process internal movements, exit, and talent replacement planning in line with approved organisational structures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Develop and update HR-related policies, standard operating procedures, and frameworks to support business objectives.
  • Assist managers and employees in implementing performance management processes to enhance productivity and engagement.
  • Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data and day-to-day tasks.
  • Demonstrate a strong drive for excellence in executing HR responsibilities and supporting organisational goals.
