Achieving individual financing scorecard targets.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a citizen or Permanent Resident of Negara Brunei Darussalam.
- Possess at least 5 ‘O’ Level including English, Malay and Mathematics.
- Having basic understanding of banking products and services. Previous experience in Banking or customer service role would be an added value.
- Highly driven and target oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and managing customer expectation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver superior service quality to customers.
- Contribute innovative ideas to expand and improve customer base.
- Adhering to bank’s / department SOPs and policies.
- Cross-sell and recommend the right product to customers.
- Promote mobile banking services and onboarding of new customers.
