Requirements & Experience
- Must be a citizen or Permanent Resident of Negara Brunei Darussalam.
- Possess at least a diploma in Business or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in sales, customer service or REA-related field.
- A basic understanding of banking products and services is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and willingness to learn new banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a wide range of banking needs, ensuring a seamless and positive banking experience and provide financial solutions to individual customers.
- Able to contribute innovative ideas to enhance the bank’s market share and competitiveness.
- This role involves finding new customers or informing existing customers about the promotions BIBD offers through telemarketing, events, and walk-in visits. Responsible for managing cross-selling banking products and non-sales services under Retail Banking.
