Position Summary
The Project Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of project-related administrative tasks. This role supports operational continuity by managing data, coordinating stakeholder communications, and maintaining accurate records across all project activities.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Residence of Brunei Darussalam.
- Diploma in Administration, Business or any related field.
- Relevant experience in CSR, administrative functions, including data management, personal file handling, correspondence, inquiries and payment processing is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various levels of stakeholders.
- Experience in working with government agencies and community-based programs would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking activities and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
- Monitor project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation in collaboration with the project manager.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and reporting standards.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors and clients to facilitate project progress.
- Support risk management and issue resolution by escalating concerns appropriately.
