Relief Manager, Sales

Position Summary

This role focuses on leading a team to achieve sales and service excellence, optimising productivity, and fostering customer retention and acquisition through targeted activities.

Requirements & Experience

  • Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in financing, branch or back office operations or sales.
  • Has good knowledge of Retail Banking products, services and procedures.
  • Highly driven and target-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate the team.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach the team to meet or exceed sales targets for the relief branch, ensuring both individual and branch targets are achieved.
  • Retain existing clients and acquire new accounts to increase market share while managing customer attrition and retention.
  • Lead the team to exceed targets for events and roadshows to boost market share.
  • Ensure adherence to BIBD’s service culture and that they are reflected in service delivery.
