Position Summary
This role focuses on leading a team to achieve sales and service excellence, optimising productivity, and fostering customer retention and acquisition through targeted activities.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in financing, branch or back office operations or sales.
- Has good knowledge of Retail Banking products, services and procedures.
- Highly driven and target-oriented.
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate the team.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach the team to meet or exceed sales targets for the relief branch, ensuring both individual and branch targets are achieved.
- Retain existing clients and acquire new accounts to increase market share while managing customer attrition and retention.
- Lead the team to exceed targets for events and roadshows to boost market share.
- Ensure adherence to BIBD’s service culture and that they are reflected in service delivery.
