Position Summary
Monitoring and ensuring the overall effectiveness of recovery performance for the Bank’s Corporate written-off non-performing Financing accounts aged 181 days and above, including Corporate accounts under Receiving Orders.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
- Possess at least 5 ‘o’ Levels or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in financing, branch, back-office operations or sales.
- Has good knowledge of Retail and Corporate Banking products, services and procedures.
- Highly driven and target-oriented.
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate the team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and monitoring of Non-Performing Corporate Financing accounts.
- Contacting and Negotiating customers for payment arrangements.
- Conducting Examination of Means and preparing Letter of Undertaking for clients/guarantors on agreed payment arrangements.
- Monitoring payment arrangements from delinquent customers.
- Evaluating and recommending next course of action to be taken for Non-Performing accounts.
- Ensure adherence to BIBD’s service culture and that they are reflected in service delivery.
