Position Summary
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service while achieving individual scorecard targets. The role involves assisting customers with their banking needs, providing suitable financial solutions, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
- Possess 3 ‘A’ levels or Diploma in Business or any related field OR;
- 5 ‘O’ Levels with 3 years of working experience in roles with sales and customer service;
- 3 years of work experience in roles with sales and customer service will be an added advantage.
- A basic understanding of banking products and services is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and willingness to learn new banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual scorecard target besides delivering excellent customer services
- Assist customers with the wide range of banking needs, ensuring seamless and positive banking experience and provide financial solutions to individual customers.
- Able to contribute innovative ideas to enhance the bank’s market share and competitiveness.
- This role involves finding new customers or informing them what promotion BIBD offers through telemarketing and events as well as walk-in customers. Responsible for managing cross-selling banking products and non-sales services under Retail Banking.
