Position Summary

Provide over-the-counter services to customers.

Requirements & Experience

  • Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
  • Possess at least 5 ā€˜O’ levels or its equivalent.
  • Exceptional time management and working experience in customer services is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in both Retail Banking & Corporate Banking products and services.
  • Basic knowledge in accounting and has strong computational ability.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication.
  • Good attention to detail, a self-starter, ambitious, highly driven and a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) and all cash management services in accordance with the set policies & procedures.
  • Process any over -the- counter non-cash transaction in accordance with the set policies & procedures.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide support for customer inquiries on banking products.
  • Perform duty with due diligence in accordance with the Bank and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform thorough balancing and reconciliation precisely cash and non-cash transactions.
