Position Summary
Provide over-the-counter services to customers.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
- Possess at least 5 ‘O’ levels or its equivalent.
- Exceptional time management and working experience in customer services is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in both Retail Banking & Corporate Banking products and services.
- Basic knowledge in accounting and has strong computational ability.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication.
- Good attention to detail, a self-starter, ambitious, highly driven and a team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) and all cash management services in accordance with the set policies & procedures.
- Process any over -the- counter non-cash transaction in accordance with the set policies & procedures.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide support for customer inquiries on banking products.
- Perform duty with due diligence in accordance with the Bank and regulatory requirements.
- Perform thorough balancing and reconciliation precisely cash and non-cash transactions.
