Junior Disbursement Officer - COO Division

Position Summary

The job holder is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant disbursement of secured and unsecured financing products by verifying documentation, fulfilling post-approval conditions, and validating transactions. The role safeguards operational integrity, supports service excellence, mitigates risk, and contributes to continuous process improvement in alignment with the bank’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Experience

Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.

Possesses a minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Business/Economics/Accounting or related field.

Has a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the banking sector.

A comprehensive understanding of secured and unsecured financing products.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team while fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.

Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and verify relevant information

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
