Product Officer - Retail Banking Group

Support the retail banking strategy to drive sales penetration, grow market share and maximise profitability.

Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Studies or any relevant fields.
At least 2 – 5 years of relevant working experience with knowledge of Bank’s products & services is an advantage.
Possess sound knowledge of Islamic Banking products, digital banking, knowledge on processes and familiar with Compliance, Legal and Financial Regulatory framework.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills are required to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
Detail oriented writing skills and able to work independently under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent presentation skills in a variety of settings, including presentation and public speaking.

Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance product proposition/portfolio management, plan and execute initiatives with internal stakeholders, and develop and align product feature enhancements according to different customer demographics and life stage needs.
Develop, manage, review and update comprehensive Product Catalogue and product documentations for all retail products and services to ensure standardisation of product features, policies, parameters mapping, product documentations, fees, systems, workflows and marketing collaterals.
To provide post-implementation and on-going training support to all stakeholders on a periodic basis.
