Position Summary
- Lead the end-to-end management of self-service terminals (ATM/CDM/CQM), including installation, configuration, maintenance and relocation.
- Ensure high system availability and performance through effective troubleshooting and diagnostics in collaboration with vendors.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests promptly, ensuring adherence to established processes and service standards.
- Investigate and escalate complex issues, driving timely resolution and service recovery.
- Monitor daily operations and track task progress, ensuring delivery within timelines and immediate escalation of critical issues.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Senior IT Service Management Officer (Head) on operational performance and outstanding issues.
- Maintain strong technical expertise, offering guidance and support on specialized systems and solutions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of procedures, standards and service levels to continuously improve service quality.
- Ensure all activities are properly documented, compliant and aligned with IT governance and operational best practices.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology or a related field; OR
- Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology or other relevant field with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
- ITIL certification will be considered an added advantage.
