BIBD Officially Reopens Gadong Branch, Expanding Services For Greater Convenience

Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) officially reopened its Gadong Branch, aimed at enhancing the banking experience for its customers. The upgraded branch now offers a wider range of services, including financing, credit card applications, account opening, and other related services, in addition to 24-hour access to Self Service Machines (SSTs) such as ATMs, CDMs, and CQMs.
Officiating the branch reopening was BIBD’s Deputy Managing Director II, Irwan bin Haji Lamit. Also present were BIBD’s Deputy Managing Director I, Hajah Noraini binti Haji Sulaiman along with senior management and staff of BIBD.
The reopening of the Gadong Branch is a testament to BIBD’s ongoing efforts to bring financial services closer to the public, ensuring that everyone can access essential banking services with greater ease. This community-centric approach reaffirms BIBD’s dedication to supporting the financial well-being of all customers.
This expansion further highlights BIBD’s commitment to service excellence, accessibility, and providing greater convenience to members of the public. With a focus on improving customer experience, the newly reopened branch is designed to cater to the evolving needs of its clients by offering a more comprehensive suite of services all under one roof.
The BIBD Gadong Branch will be open to the public on Mondays to Thursdays from 8.30am to 3.45pm, and from 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays, with a break for Friday prayers between 11.00am and 2.30pm. The branch will also operate on Saturdays from 8.30am to 11.15am.
