BIBD Shows Support for MSME Development

Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) is once again participating at the Brunei MSME Festival as part of its ongoing commitment to support the nation’s goal of promoting the growth of MSMEs in Brunei. Organised by Darussalam Enterprise (DARe) at the BRIDEX Hall in Jerudong, the Brunei MSME Festival is a platform to raise awareness of Bruneian products and services while promoting and celebrating entrepreneurship.

The 4-day event will also include themed conference and interactive sharing session covering various key topics and issues relevant to MSMEs and the general public to promote entrepreneurial culture and development. To enliven the festival, BIBD has also relaunched the “Top Up Tah Lagi” campaign, a 3-month promotion aimed at promoting and encouraging customers to use cashless and digital payment methods more regularly.

businesses succeed. Through events like these, MSMEs can find out more about how we can provide a range of financial products and services that are tailored to their specific
needs,” said, BIBD’s Head of Corporate Banking Group, Koh Swam Sing.
