Position Summary
- To manage and expand the bank’s financing portfolio in a manner which allows the widest possible diversification of risk, and the maximization of profits.
- To adhere by the highest standards of professionalism in the provision of services to the bank’s clients in accordance with the bank’s objectives and policies.
Requirements & Experience
- Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Brunei Darussalam.
- Degree in Finance, Business administration, Economics or its equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in Banking operations and in the relevant field.
- In depth knowledge of Bank’s products and services.
- Prior Transaction Banking experience and Client Services will have an added advantage: Cash Management, Trade Finance or Securities Services
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Mature and well-developed leadership qualities.
- Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver high quality presentations and communicate with all levels of management.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, inter-personal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Self-motivator, energetic, innovative and performance driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily in managing and handling of the Bank’s corporate clients for all banking products andservices.
- To provide quality credit and non-credit corporate products which are responsive to the clients’ banking needs.
- Grow sustainable income from existing customer portfolio and through targeted acquisition of new quality customers.
